Jewelry Repair is our “other business,” and if I may be so bold, we do it well.
We also do it HERE.
Your jewelry doesn’t travel.
It is repaired and polished to it’s gleaming best right upstairs by our chill goldsmith who happens to be a gem of a person herself.
We love having her here because she is sincere in her efforts to deliver on our promise to be great, and do awesome things for our customers. She “gets it,” and that’s why she fits our store like your favorite pair of jeans.
She’s also really good at what she does. It’s been almost 20 years since she first sat down at the bench and it shows. Her work is meticulous, unhurried, and thoughtful. You can see it in the details…and in many cases, feel the talent that was invested in the final product. (Sounds lofty to be saying such things about ring sizing’s and that kind of stuff…but it’s true.)
Those of you who have had something created or repaired here lately know exactly what I’m talking about. If you have, feel free to leave a comment below about how exciting it was to see your jewelry all new and awesome when she was done. I’ll be sure to pass it on to her.
If you haven’t had your jewelry cleaned or looked at in a while, maybe now is the time to bring it in. (And what about those rings that don’t fit anymore? Release them from your jewelry box and let’s size them and get them back on your hands for the world to see. I’m telling you, they want to perform again!)
We’ll start with a FREE clean and check of each item, and make sure any diamonds or gemstones are snug and tight. Most times this is all that is needed and we’re happy to do it. If we find that they “need a little more loving,” (as Jenn would say) we’ll let you know what we recommend to get things back to secure, safe, and awesome.
If you decide to have the suggested repair work completed, rest assured your jewelry will be in good hands. The best of hands actually.
And it’s all done here.*
Thanks for reading and we hope to see you soon!
*Sometimes it’s best if we send certain brands like Tacori and Hearts On Fire back to the Mother Ship. We’ll let you know if that’s the case.
